With many of my clients, I "know" what I want my web projects to be- and for many of them, like my own, I will design them. Its just much easier for me to hire someone to really make them work. Damien is who I call, because he constantly absorbs the latest and greatest technologies and tricks and stores them all in his head- without his head or his ego expanding to compensate. And I mean that! Many times I have given Damien incomplete information, whether from just not having it or not expressing everything in my head, and despite this, he goes for it and fills in the gaps with his own common sense. And its usually right on the mark- if not inspirational for solving the other parts I dont know yet. Sometimes we find that indeed my mind was going else where. He listens, and comes back with something totally different and is open to changes if needed. He doesnt take them personally. This is one talented guy, and I get excited when I hear about new projects that I know he can do.

I just had to post this video from the other weekend. Shot with the MyGo GoPro mouth camera mount. Pretty interesting view from the waves. I do need to fix the screen, or lick it so the water drops won't stick to the camera.
Here's a quick video of our second day out north side of the pier in Huntington Beach. Waves were much, much bigger so the drops were way more fun. You really had to watch what you were doing or you could seriously get worked on the inside.
