1. Trust: The Foundation of Every Interaction

If users don’t trust your interface, they won’t use your product—no matter how useful or beautiful it is.

How to design for trust:

  • Consistency: Predictable layouts and familiar patterns signal professionalism and reliability.
  • Clarity: Clear calls-to-action, readable text, and transparent messaging build confidence.
  • Visual cues: Use clean design, calming colors, and trust symbols (like lock icons for security).
