1.) USER RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods like interviews, surveys, analytics, and usability testing. This informs design decisions and ensures the product aligns with real user expectations.
2.) DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate the layout, flow, and functionality of the product. This includes both – UX (structure and flow) and UI (visual design and interactivity) elements.
3.) COLLABORATION & ITERATION
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience through iterative testing and refinements.
