After many many sets, I finally got used to just holding on to the bar with the tips of my fingers allowing my elbows to come up and have a better rack position. Now I'm feeling a little more prepared for Saturday's event.
I know, I know... my elbow need to be much higher but it's tough to do with a broken wrist. At least the screw in there is still holding the bone together whether or not it will ever heal. It really makes for a tough "rack position".
